Cheat: Type CAMERON (all caps) to get the cheat menu.
The cheat menu comes up in the menubar.

First start up the game.
When you in the game, click on OPTIONS (or any other menu)
and then anywhere else on the toolbar (not on a other
menu) and the game should pause. Then press the action
key, and F3 and then F3 again. You sould get a Fist(Power
Slam), a health drink, and Road kill. (If you press the
ACTION key twice you get two fists, two drinks, ETC...
