This game is pretty hard, so use this cheat to give yourself access to all the cheat menus -
Enter your pilot name as SWIV!AndLetDie and then enter any name. You now get an extra option on the main menu giving you access to all levels. In game you can use F12 to access the cheats menu and F11 to access another new menu.
